Finished
reading Bruce Herschensohn's book
"An American Amnesia". This is
about a history that America has forgotten.
America smeared their great history just as Japan did to their history.
America
won Vietnam war and communist in North Vietnamese were in defeat. In 1973 Communist desperately accepted Paris Peace Accord by which both
sides agreed to keep status quo of then-existing military balance. But soon after, US congress with Democrat majority refused to
supply aid and weapon to America's ally in South Vietnam despite of the fact Soviet
and China was shipping weapon and military aid to the North. With left-wing media, Hollywood stars like
Jane Fonda and student protestors on their side, Democrats pushed for full
withdrawal. And they withdrew after
50,000 of US soldiers made their ultimate sacrifice for the cause of fighting
communism. South Vietnam fell. Cambodia fell. Laos fell.
Communist prevailed. As a result,
millions of people were killed.
Leftist
call the Iraq War "the second Vietnam". It is not that Vietnam was quagmire. They made Vietnam quagmire and not vice
verse. And Iraq is not quagmire. Iraq is a massive success and yet they want
to make it a quagmire.
This
woman Jane Fonda still appear on media.
I wonder how can this person and many others like her possibly sleep in
good conscience, let alone appear shamelessly in public. It is their nature of being in total
denial. They live in a cocoon of
dogmatic self-righteousness - our intention is noble, therefore we are right,
no matter the result.
My anger
against leftwing media, know-nothing liberal and Hollywood is barely
containable. They were thuggish then,
and they are thuggish now.
